Frequently asked questions
Short answers about IT infrastructure, software development, networks, cybersecurity and outsourcing.
We cover software and infrastructure end to end: websites and web platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products, CRM/ERP/HRM systems, UI/UX design, AI and automation; cloud, DevOps, servers and networks; and day-to-day IT support through our help desk. We also install security systems: firewalls, IP cameras, card access and turnstiles.
Every engagement is covered by an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Code and client data are stored in encrypted cloud environments. On the network side we apply security policies and configure Fortinet or Sophos firewalls to keep intruders out.
Yes. First we review your existing on-premises servers, then migrate the systems to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean or a local data centre. With Docker/Kubernetes containerisation and blue-green deployment, the migration runs with minimal or no downtime, so your day-to-day work carries on with little or no disruption.
Yes. IT support and the help desk are formalised in an SLA. It sets out response and resolution times by severity (critical, high, medium, low), the uptime target and other quality measures.
Yes. After handing over software (SaaS, CRM and so on), a network or a biometric access system, we run training for your staff. You also receive the technical documentation and video guides that explain how to manage them.
Keeping a full in-house IT team is expensive. With outsourcing you draw on an experienced team that covers networking, programming, system administration and cybersecurity. You save money, and your systems become more reliable.
First we survey the site and identify the monitoring and access points. Once the design is ready, network cabling is laid, and IP cameras, turnstiles and card or biometric (face recognition, fingerprint) access devices are installed and connected to the central software.
